DESCRIPTION

  • 1. Sales target
  • a) Make an annual activity plan to support the sales team, with input and
  • approval from the National Sales Manager and the Chief Operating Officer
  • b) Open up potential new points of sale (Points of Sales "POS") to increase
  • market coverage.
  • c) Increase sales at existing POS to increase sales revenue.
  • 2. Plan promotional activities & prepare materials and equipment to support
  • these activities
  • a) Negotiating for and carrying out a program of promotional activities.
  • b) Monitor promotional activities on a regular basis to ensure the promotion
  • program runs well.
  • 3. Train & manage the sales team
  • a) Actively train sales team skills, such as thinking patterns and
  • professionalism in merchandising, product knowledge, company knowledge,
  • information gathering, customer service.
  • b) Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of the sales team (can be
  • directly, by telephone, messaging services (messenger) and visit support tools
  • such as Nimbly.
  • 4. Assess the performance of the sales team and regional sales team
  • a) Track daily sales activities using manual controls and applications such as
  • Xero (accounting) and Nimbly (tracking and recording).
  • b) Sending weekly update reports to the National Sales Manager and Chief
  • Operating Officer.
  • c) Reporting & weekly and monthly meetings with the National Sales Manager and
  • Chief Operating Officer.
  • 5. Monitor & evaluate the activities of competitors including but not limited to
  • products, prices, places & promotions
  • 6. Daily or other ordinary activities which are not explicit / explicit as
  • mentioned above are generally considered to be part of the duties of the Area
  • Sales Manager, or other matters deemed necessary by the National Sales Manager
  • (National Sales Manager) and Director of Operations (Chief Operating Officer)
