Min. Master Degree of Communication, Marketing, PR, or equivalent
General understanding of current brand consulting industry
Experience or demonstrated interest in marketing and brand partnerships. Work experience in an ad/marketing agency preferred
Interested in entertainment and pop culture- follow trends, watch sports, awards shows, reads, blogs, etc.
Able to utilize agency resources appropriately and efficiently
Demonstrates the highest level of critical thinking with a focus on proactiveness and attention to detail
Team oriented, able to pivot and take on new tasks quickly
Polished written and verbal skills. Strong at communicating in written format through well-crafted email correspondence
Organized and able to multi-task to keep up with demanding client needs
Curious; energetic able to pull insights and present research to their direct report
Ability to listen and ask poignant questions
Willingness to work early mornings or late nights to accommodate international clients and special projects
Ability to build trust through relationship building, confidence and business acumen
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business or equivalent work experience
Confident in English speaking & writing skills.
