DESCRIPTION

  • Sales / Business Developer (Corporate & In-home Sales):
  • * Excellent English (no need to have studied abroad, but if yes, a bonus)
  • * Great phone and negotiation skills
  • * Proven track record in corporate selling – growing and developing business with new clients as well as existing clients.
  • * Detail-oriented
  • * Good listener
  • * Driver’s license
  • * Outside most days and in-office only for admin work a couple of times a week
  • * Uni degree (any degree, but with high marks)
  • * Willing and eager, initiative taking
  • * Aggressive personality (sales type – finds way around “no” and opens doors and gets clients to say “yes”)
  • * At least 3-4 years of sales or business development experience
  • * Marketing part of the job (representing company and services to corporate clients)
  • * Strict KPIs must be met
  • * Strict attendance tracked (corporate and private home client visits are monitored)
  • Basic company intro and services training will be provided but we will be looking for business results within the trial period of 3 months.
