  • hiring Business Executive to join our high phase Business Department with
  • details follow:
  • Objective:
  • Continuously assist their companies acquire new customers and sell existing and
  • additional products or services
  • Daily basis you will:
  • * Directly report to Sales Manager
  • * Identify new sales leads
  • * Deliver sales pitch to potential leads
  • * Maintaining relationship with existing clients
  • * Ensure sales targets are met
  • * Forge strong working relationship with all the stakeholders in the company
  • * Execute networking activities for effective acquisition of new clients
  • * Identify key partner strategies for specific market segments
  • * Continuously communicate with clients to ensure effective project delivery
  • * Identify client needs and match available products and/or services to address
  • those needs
  • * Manage all phases of the business development cycles to successfully close
  • (including proposal development, implementation estimating, project scoping,
  • and client presentations)
  • * Proactively approach the market through active leadership in industry and
  • community organizations
  • * Provide necessary feedback to all stakeholders in the company
  • * Provide weekly and monthly productivity reports to Sales Manager


  • What type of Business Executive that we need?
  • We are seeking a resourceful, driven, results-oriented sales professional to
  • help us set, drive, and execute our revenue goals. You’ll work to set priorities
  • and make key strategic decisions. You’ll shape and influence every part of our
  • sales process to roll out a winning strategy that has material impact.
  • Ultimately, when we go to raise our next round, your work in growing our revenue
  • will be the key foundation to our ability to land funding on great terms. You
  • should bring a passion for tech, entrepreneurial ambition, and most importantly,
  • deep sales expertise.

  • high-volume pipelines in dynamic, changing environments. You’ll need to be able
  • to remove your own roadblocks and invent alternative methodologies that open up
  • new pathways forward. At a startup, you’ll face limited resources but have

  • Few additional key attributes will be:
  • * Min Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and experiences
  • * Having at least 2 years experiences in the related position - with strong
  • communication skills
  • * HR-related experience will be preferred
  • * Prior experience in business application sales is an advantage
  • * Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented services sales
  • * Candidates with prior experience in SaaS or On-Demand Industry are highly
  • desirable
  • * Drive and motivation to sell on-demand products and services full-time
  • * This is a direct sales role. Strong initiative qualities, and team oriented
  • business values are essential
