Come join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator!
· handling of customer requests via phone, whatsapp, email and live Chat
· Competent and friendly handling of Tyroola's customers
· Close cooperation and support with the Operations department
· Build-up, introduction and implementation of processes and structures in customer service
· Work remotely, from our co-work office in Jakarta, and collaborate with the team spread across different parts of the world including Sydney, Australia
· Collaborate with and learn from a team of experienced professionals
· Flexible working hours and arrangements, work from home or remotely
· A motivated, hands-on, international team, flat hierarchies and short communication channels
· Ability to move fast, grow with the company, progress in role and responsibilities for the right candidate
· You are reliable, conscious and you work self-reliant and very structured
· You highly enjoy communicating with different types of customers and you are always smiling during conversations with customers
· You are eloquent in writing and verbal communication
· You are experienced in working with MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
