DESCRIPTION

  • Responsibilities :
  • * Manage and respond incoming calls and email/chat regarding payments, orders product, product problems, service and any general question concerns
  • * Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits
  • * Monitor and follow up customer orders through Customer Service work processes and systems on day to day
  • * Providing solutions to inquiries/problems
  • Requirements :
  • * Have min. 2 years experiences in the same position
  • * Male/Female, Max 30 years old
  • * Excellent interpersonal skill & communication Skill
  • * Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • * Required skills : microsoft office, good communication skill, internet, customer oriented
  • * Fast learner, highly self motivated, proactive, problem solving
