DESCRIPTION

  • * Manage and respond incoming calls and email/chat regarding payments, orders
  • product, product problems. service and any general question concerns
  • * Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits
  • * Monitor and follow up customer orders through Customer Service work processes
  • and systems on day to day
  • * Providing solutions to inquiries/problems

REQUIREMENTS

  • * Have min. 1 year experiences in the same position
  • * Max 30 years old
  • * Excellent interpersonal skill & communication Skill
  • * Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • * Required skills : microsoft office, good communication skill, internet,
  • customer oriented
  • * Fast learner, highly self motivated, proactive, problem solving
