DESCRIPTION

  • Responsibilities :
  • * Answer incoming customer calls and live chat/email through intercom apps regarding billing issues, product problems, service question and general client concerns.
  • * Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • * Responsible for maintaining a high level or professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • * Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call and chat
  • * Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • * Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • * At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • * Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
