DESCRIPTION

  • HR Operational Manager
  • * Recruitment process from application, interviewing and job offer
  • * Job description writing, evaluation, consultation and coordination
  • * Takes initiative on HR policies and procedures improvement and communicates
  • updates to employees
  • * Tracks / Manages trends on employee’s behaviors and discipline
  • * Acts as a consultant and expert to leaders and employees on social HR
  • regulations and laws such as labor law etc.
  • * Employee movements (on boarding, transfer, exit) management
  • * Employee attendance management (OT, shifts & leaves)
  • * Tracks critical HR KPIs such as turnover, OT & rotation rate
  • * Merit increase following up & communication
  • Strategic Partner
  • * Creates Annual Operation Plan based on business need & analysis
  • * Talent management and retention
  • * Employee performance management (PMP/PIP/Quarterly & Yearly PMP Evaluation)
  • * BC scorecard development & monthly review to track performance of BC center &
  • employee
  • * Leads Recognition
  • * Leads employee engagement by surveys round tables, people care, activities,
  • townhall, events and communication
  • Emergency Responder
  • * Responds to BC leaders, line managers and employee questions regarding their
  • needs, concerns & complaints
  • * Responds to emergency incidents such as fighting, injuries inside & outside
  • restaurant and death
  • * Prepares solutions for any emergency situations / incidents
  • Employee Mediator
  • * Manages conflict between employees
  • * Leads the company culture
  • * Maintains Union relationship and coordinates to solve employee problems
  • * Resolves legal complaints from employees
  • * Act as a consultant to balance the relationship between Managers and
  • employees
  • * Act as a consultant on handling work and life balance in the restaurant

REQUIREMENTS

  • * Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • * Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a similar company
  • * Demonstrated success in all HR function areas
  • * Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a matrix team environment
  • * Strong analytical thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal
  • skills
  • * Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to influence all
  • levels of the organization
  • * Ability to handle multiple priorities and initiate, lead and manage change
  • * Project management, facilitation and complex problem-solving skills, along
  • with strong process skills
  • * Six sigma or lean experience is a plus
  • * Energetic, self-motivated and has high initiative
