DESCRIPTION

  • * Responsible for Finance, Accounting, Tax Compliance, HR & GA.
  • * Responsible for financial functioning of company.
  • * Deliver timely financial reports : Ensure timely and accurate transaction
  • processing, account analysis, cash flow, reconciliations and schedules.
  • Support cross functions need and act as the finance touch point to drive
  • timely and accurate revenue & cost recognition.
  • * Take role as internal business controller to ensure all company functions
  • have comply on job performance, organize office operations and procedures.
  • * Liaise with external auditor, tax consultant and Internal group finance team
  • and controller for required filling and Audits
  • * Maintain relation with bank
  • * Drive on preparing budget forecast to support President Director
  • * Liaise with tax consultants for company, annual monthly filling and transfer
  • pricing documentation.
  • * Perform immediate and proper responds on tax inquiries or exposure from tax
  • statutory
  • * Controlling and analysis the cost vs standard cost, control the profit margin
  • * Liaise with consultants for awareness of new regulations and business
  • documents legality and ensure to renew necessary documents frequently
  • * Complies with all relevant company and statutory and procedures and
  • guidelines.
  • * Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment and other
  • office supplies
  • * Coordinate with IT team in HQ and local IT support vendors for setting up the
  • office IT installation and ensure the preventive maintenance
  • * Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • * Responsible for HR roles to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • and supports the annual personnel cost planning, expatriates legal documents,
  • liaise with payroll accountant for employee payroll, BPJS etc. Liase with
  • HRBP & VHN HR on same.
  • * Coordinate for Import custom clearance
  • * Ready for any ad hoc tasks

REQUIREMENTS

  • * Job placement: Jakarta (Kuningan)
  • * Overall 12-15 years of Professional experience in Finance & Accounts. 6-8
  • Years of Professional Experience in handling position of Office Manager /
  • Commercial Head
  • * Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • * Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • * SAP
