* Develop a sales strategy to achive organizational sales goals and revenues to short-term and long-term.
* Estabilishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
* Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
* Conduct market research and competitor and costumer analysis
* Provide daily and monthly report of field sales success
* Maintaining and increasing sales company's products
* Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results ad needed
* Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
* Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional atandat is achieved
* Minimum 3 years experiences as Sales Manager
* Maximum 40 Years old
* Should possess creativity and outstanding presentation as well as excellent communication skill, interpersonal skill, a high level of resourcefulness and the ability to work independently and in a group
* Should have an understanding of media communication and the use of media skill as a tool in sales promotion.
* Having a good leadership, presentation, problem sloving skill, personality and analyst skill
* Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
* Good writing and communication in English and Bahasa
* Being sales orientated, extrovert and high sense of costumer services oriented.
