DESCRIPTION

  • Requirements:
  • * Maximum of 30 years old
  • * Minimum education of Diploma degree in Secretary
  • * Preferable 1 - 2 years experience as Secretary, Junior Administration or related position
  • * Knowledge of engineering and construction terminology is an advantage
  • * Knowledge of controlling correspondence and documents including ability to maintain both electronic and hard copy filing Advanced MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) skills
  • * Attention to detail and have good analytical skills
  • * Excellent communication skill both verbal and written in English
  • * Willing and able to learn new skills and eager to develop good work habits
  • * Dedicated and hardworking, able to work under stress to meet deadlines
  • * Self-motivated, hard worker and independent (need minimum supervisions)
  • * Able to plan, organize and complete small projects independently
  • * Able to work with other staff members
  • * Strong planning and time management skills
  • * Temporary position for 3 months
