  • Sr. SEO Specialist is responsible for developing Ydigital’s organic marketing
  • capabilities through leadership and innovative concepts that set digital best
  • practices apart from competitors and ideal methods.
  • Full understanding of digital landscape, especially of search engine, analytical
  • and digital trends are essential skills that help the organic traffic execute
  • project of various sizes with the highest quality within timelines and budgets.
  • You will be managing a team of SEO and strives to exceed in quality, timelines
  • and budgets for all works, own and team based. There will often be multiple
  • projects at the same time.
  • The position holds a great deal of both internal and external communication and
  • the candidate will be working closely with the Managing Director, Account team
  • and media team.
  • Sr. SEO Specialist is responsible for the following services - but not limited
  • to:
  • * Website search ranking
  • * Mobile App Store Optimization
  • * Google My Business Performance
  • * Organic and Referral Traffic Optimization
  • * Vendor and Tools Management
  • * Online Reputation Management
  • * Etc.
  • Responsibilities
  • * Spearhead, develop, and oversee the efforts of the SEO team.
  • * Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization,
  • meta-tag creation, link development and other SEO related activities for
  • internal and external parties.
  • * Review website structures including site hosting, page redirects, error pages
  • and URL structure for all stakeholders.
  • * Utilize in advance of applicable tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs,
  • SemRush, MOZ and other preferences.
  • * Troubleshoot under-performing SEO profiles and provide cost effective
  • solutions.
  • * Proactively provide strategic recommendations applicable to clients' business
  • models, expectations, and goals.
  • * Build rapport with clients' representatives through routine and scheduled
  • interactions.
  • * Help to drive innovation and put forward fresh ideas to improve performance
  • * Be responsible for the development and tactical implementation of
  • multi-channel digital media campaigns, including strategic rationale for
  • integrated organic marketing options and content usage.
  • * Benchmark performance across all online channels and advise on KPIs
  • Time Management
  • ● Tracks time on a daily basis with 8 hours efficient work.
  • ● Coordinate with Managing Director to secure timely delivery on projects.
  • Team Tasks
  • * Participate in weekly performance alignment meeting.
  • * Provide and update template to see how organic traffic/growth strategy in
  • shifting based on updates form perspective platform’s algorithm.
  • * Delegating tasks and providing support for less senior members of the team.
  • * Forging and executing organic growth ideas.
  • * Hire new team members when necessary.
  • * Responsible on the profitability on teams cost vs revenue.
  • Professional Development
  • * Staying informed of industry trends and best practices and understanding how
  • they can be applied to accounts.
  • * Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new strategy and challenge with
  • emerging new channels based on market behavior, particularly analytics and
  • other third-party tools.
  • * Establish a training session to internal team at least once every Quarter and
  • assist in the execution of the team’s functions, ensuring that their
  • professional skills are consistently growing.
  • * Create and keep positive workplace environment, also following company rules.
  • * Pass company required certifications within digital marketing and related
  • expertise.
  • Pitch Support
  • * Support pitch work to develop strategy based on client’s objectives with
  • reliable execution capabilities throughout all industries and digital assets
  • based on budget given and opportunity based on market.
  • * Support in providing quotation of related costings on proposed deliverables.
  • Internal Support
  • * Review and enhance organic initiative and campaigns to outperform
  • competition.
  • * The Sr. SEO Specialist also performs other duties as he or the company deems
  • fit for the proper execution of his duties or duties as assigned.


  • * At least 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • * Good command of English and local language both written and spoken
  • * Proven experience as in a similar role
  • * Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
  • * Experience with SEO reporting
  • * Good critical and analytical thinking
  • * Excellent in execution and possess the growth mindset
  • * Updated with latest SEO trends and Google algorithm
  • * Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in the international
  • environment.
